August 21st, 1976: The Rolling Stones performed at Knebworth Fair in support of their thirteenth album Black and Blue. The festival also featured performances by Todd Rundgren’s Utopia, The Don Harrison Band, Hot Tuna, 10cc, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Nearly 200,000 fans attended, each paying £4.50 for a ticket.
