The Pink Floyd Original 1974 Comic Book Tour Programme for Dark Side of the Moon. Gerald Scarfe artist. 16-pages. Very rare to get a decent original. Some sites list this program from 1973, some say 1974-75. Vintage concert program sold during the Grateful Dead's 1983-84 tours. Hundreds of shows in those two years! Artwork by Stanley Mouse and Rick Griffin. The Dead certainly cared about their fans and their legacy -- and it shows in this 30+ page jam-packed program. Very well made and worth a look!
Mad Magazine - Vintage March 1973 #157 - The Planet of the Apes. In addition to the Apes spoof, I have included a few additional pieces: "You can never win with a bigot" and "Funny and Glare" -- a parody of Sonny and Cher's then famously popular TV show. The back cover image reminds us that MAD was way ahead of the curve when it can to important social issues.
